“CHAOS VARIATIONS” was inspired by my 6th Grade Beginning Band Class. On a particular day in October 2007, they were driving me “crazy.” So, I wrote a composition to show them how I was "feeling," based on one of their songs in their band method book - entitled “Hot Cross Buns.” Their class ended being one of my best beginning classes.

“CHAOS VARIATIONS” is dedicated to the amazing students that I had the privilege of teaching for over 35 years as a band director, in the Madison County Florida Public School System.
